Where We Ship

 

GlowPath currently ships within the United States only. We don't ship internationally yet, but join our newsletter to be the first to know when that changes.

 

Processing & Delivery Times

 

All orders ship from a US warehouse. Handling and delivery times vary slightly by product: the LED Strip Light typically ships in 2-6 business days, the Cabinet Light in 4-6 business days, and the Stair Light Kit in 4-7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by high demand or carrier delays.

 

Shipping Cost

 

Orders of $70 or more ship free automatically. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8 (or $15 for Express shipping). Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Order Tracking

 

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime and enter your tracking number for live carrier updates.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your package appears lost, email hola.glowpath@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
