We want you to love your GlowPath light. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email hola.glowpath@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you instructions within 1-2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo or short video within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, no return shipping required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
